Special Counsel Andrea Fort presented the “Privacy, Confidentiality, Data Protection and Sanctions Clauses” session at Re Contracts 2022: The Art of Designing Reinsurance Contracts and Programs on July 20, 2022. Hosted by the Reinsurance Association of America (RAA), the 3-day conference brought together reinsurance professionals in New York City to learn about the formation and drafting of contracts as well as the impact of these clauses on financial, claims, and underwriting reinsurance operations. Participants design reinsurance programs and use case studies to learn how reinsurance contracts are drafted and how each contract forms a component of a company’s reinsurance program.
