Lloyd Gura is a panelist on “Not Your Father’s (or Mother’s) APH” at AIRROC’s Spring Membership Meeting in New York City. The panel will discuss current trends in asbestos pollution and health hazards, or APH, and emerging risks that are driving a new definition of it. They will provide an actuarial overview of APH’s evolution and provide commentary in respect of claims trends and the legal landscape, including how these trends in APH impact defendants, insurers and the run-off market.
