Partner Dustin Dubose will be speaking on the panel, “Business Interruption Reinstatement Claims,” at the Loss Executive Association (LEA)’s conference, “Celebrating 91 Years of Educating the Insurance Industry,” on February 3. The panel will provide insight into issues that often arise on Business Interruption reinstatement projects and explain what is and is not allowable under common policies. The other panelists are Nick Clancy, Claims Officer, HDI Global Insurance and Ewan Cresswell, Chairman, Integra Technical Services Group, and it will be moderated by Alan Purbrick, CEO, CCI.
