Perry Goodman is a partner in Mound Cotton’s Fort Lauderdale office. He has 20 years of experience advising global and national insurance companies in complex first-party and third-party coverage disputes.

Perry has handled matters concerning a wide range of issues related to commercial general liability, residential and commercial property, directors and officers liability, automobile, and liquor liability coverage. He served as coverage counsel for a global carrier in the Champlain Towers South Collapse Litigation, and handles significant coverage disputes involving large-scale commercial developments, condominium projects, athletic associations, municipalities, and government facilities.

Perry counsels clients in all levels of pre-suit analysis, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania, Perry joined Mound Cotton in 2019.
