Andrew T. Cameron
Andrew Cameron is an Associate at Mound Cotton and handles a wide range of insurance matters. He provides actionable advice to both domestic and London-based insurers on insurance coverage matters, primarily in the context of third-party professional and general liability matters, and typically involving allied health, hospital, physicians, and other healthcare-related insureds. He has resolved several complex coverage disputes in a variety of jurisdictions across the country featuring a wide array of industries including mining, residential property, and fine art. In Spring 2025 Andrew was seconded to a leading Lloyd’s of London underwriting syndicate, where he advised adjusters and in-house counsel on insurance coverage issues, assisted with drafting insurance policies and endorsements. While in London Andrew gained a unique understanding of the insurance market and the vital role the relationships between brokers, insureds, insurers, reinsurers, and insurers’ counsel play in the claims resolution process.
After earning his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor and a Comments Editor on the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Andrew served as a judicial clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, for the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.A.D. Andrew is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars, and is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Insurance Law.
