Kevin F. Buckley's litigation experience includes insurance and reinsurance coverage issues concerning commercial and government losses throughout the United States as well as Great Britain, Canada, Malaysia, Mexico, Columbia, Venezuela, and the Philippines; complex environmental contamination losses; insurance fraud; commercial construction losses; construction defects; product liability; and torts involving commercial property. Mr. Buckley's practice includes mediations, hearings, trials, and appeals throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Buckley was a law clerk with the Litigation Division of the New York Stock Exchange and served as a captain in the U.S. Army Infantry. He is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey. He is also a member of the New York Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers' Association.

Mr. Buckley is a graduate of St. John's University (cum laude), Boston University (M.S.B.A.), and Fordham University School of Law.
