Wendy Stein Fulton was a speaker on the “Mediations: Be Prepared” panel at the 6th Annual Insurance in the Construction Industry webcast on August 25.

The Seminar Group hosted this 2-day seminar to address the ever changing world of construction growth, and give a deeper understanding of the current state of the law regarding construction insurance coverages. The seminar brought together attorneys, contractors, and insurance professionals to address various facets of insurance for construction claims, including ethical considerations in a complicated defense, recent case law and legislative updates, coverage issues with respect to CGL and more.
