Mound Cotton Adds Insurance Partner, Wendy Stein Fulton – Law360

Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP expanded its Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office this month with the addition of a litigation partner with a focus on insurance, malpractice defense and health law.

Wendy Stein Fulton moved over to Mound Cotton from Kiernan Trebach LLP, where she served as a partner and managed its Fort Lauderdale office. The firm announced the news on September 9.

“Mound Cotton is highly regarded by the insurance industry as a talented and sophisticated team and I look forward to [contributing] to the Florida office’s growth,” Stein Fulton said in the announcement. “My experience is a great fit for the firm and I am excited for this next chapter of my career.”
