Raymond S. Mastrangelo

 

Raymond S. Mastrangelo is a partner with Mound Cotton; he joined the firm in 2004. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from St. John’s University.

His practice focuses on the representation of insurers and reinsurers in the litigation and arbitration of complex insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes and advice concerning coverage of insurance and reinsurance claims. He has extensive litigation experience, including trial experience in both the federal and New York State courts, and has been involved in all aspects of reinsurance disputes from initiation through hearing and ultimate conclusion. In addition, Raymond has substantial experience in providing insurance and reinsurance coverage analysis and claims advice.

Raymond is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York and the United States District Courts of New Jersey, the District of Connecticut, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
