Rachel Bossuk graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a staff member on the Brooklyn Law Review and participated in the Moot Court Honor Society, trial division. She received a B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University in Political Science and American Studies. She worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Taryn A. Merkl, Magistrate Judge, E.D.N.Y. and was a legal intern for the Exoneration Initiative and a teaching assistant for Evidence.
