Pamela J. Minetto
Pamela J. Minetto is a Counsel with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP.
Ms. Minetto joined the firm in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Pepperdine University School of Law, magna cum laude. She served as an editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. Ms. Minetto received an L.L.M. in Taxation – Trust and Estates from New York University Law School in 1999.
Ms. Minetto has over twenty five years of experience in the analysis and litigation of complex casualty claims. In addition to providing claim advice and analysis, Ms. Minetto has represented insurers with significant interests in declaratory judgment actions involving, inter alia, loss associated with environmental property damage, toxic tort and construction defects. Ms. Minetto’s expertise extends to allocation analysis, implementation, modeling and design as well as monitoring and assessing claims/litigation for excess/primary insurers.
Ms. Minetto is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, California, Washington, and Nevada. Prior to her career as a lawyer, she was a geriatric and psychiatric social worker and hospital office administrator. She also served for many years on the Essex County Ethics Committee and has an extensive pro bono practice.
