Kyle Thibodeau

Kyle Thibodeau is an associate at Mound Cotton. Mr. Thibodeau focusses his practice on the defense of complex civil and commercial litigations, including disputes arising from professional liability, products liability, and general liability claims. Mr. Thibodeau has successfully defended insurance brokers, insurance agents, third-party claims administrators, accountants, attorneys, hotel management companies, boards of directors, and other various professionals in a variety of matters. Mr. Thibodeau has also defended general contractors against construction-related claims, including claims arising under New York’s Labor Law. Mr. Thibodeau also has experience providing coverage advice to various insurers and defending coverage actions with respect to claims arising under first-party property insurance policies and commercial general liability insurance policies.
