
Deanna M. Manzo is a partner with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP.
Ms. Manzo joined the firm in 2006. She graduated from Northeastern University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, cum laude, where she was a member of the Community Legal Practice Center. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Manzo was a summer law clerk at Vertis, Inc., a corporation headquartered in Baltimore. She worked at MCWG as a paralegal between college and law school. She co-authored A Spot Transaction by Any Other Name, which was published in the Mealey’s Emerging Securities Litigation Newsletter. She is admitted to the New York bar.
