Craig R. Rygiel

 

Craig R. Rygiel is a partner at Mound Cotton. He has been representing individuals and corporations in civil matters in state and federal courts throughout the country for fifteen years. His practice is focused primarily on complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and counseling, involving commercial property and business interruption, builder’s risk, and other first-party claims. Mr. Rygiel also regularly represents insurance companies in connection with disputes involving general, professional, and pollution liability insurance.

In addition, Mr. Rygiel defends clients in connection with products liability, professional liability, and premises liability claims.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Rygiel clerked for the Honorable Patricia K. Costello, A.J.S.C. (Ret.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and spent five years at a New Jersey general litigation law firm.
