
Diana McMonagle is a partner in the New York office of Mound Cotton. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes and litigation arising from product contaminations and recalls as well as first party property matters. Diana has experience in all aspects of corporate, commercial, and general civil litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and administrative proceedings. She has chaired multiple federal court jury trials and arbitrations to final award. She is also General Counsel for an international trade association.
Diana is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University. She is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
