Stephanie R. Tippit is a partner at Mound Cotton and is head of the Houston office. She is a seasoned coverage lawyer, advising clients in the global insurance market with a focus on the energy sector. This includes upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas losses, power generation, builder’s risk, and the broader commercial property industry. She advises domestic insurers and the London insurance market on claims handling and coverage issues and defends their coverage positions in all phases of litigation. Ms. Tippit’s experience and strong analytical skills allow her to navigate highly technical and complex matters.
She is admitted to the Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi State and Federal bars, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
