Melissa Dubbs

 

Melissa Dubbs has broad experience in first- and third-party insurance coverage analysis, coverage and bad faith litigation, reinsurance and premium recovery litigation. She has assisted in investigation and analysis of complex coverage issues in connection with a wide range of multimillion dollar claims for insurers under technology, multimedia, general liability, property, life sciences, marine and error and omissions policies.

Melissa has actively litigated coverage issues related to data breach, trade secrets, patent and trademark infringement, product liability and employers’ liability cases, and has defended bad faith suits seeking contractual and extracontractual damages.

Beyond her insurance experience, Melissa has represented corporate clients facing wrongful termination lawsuits, personal injury and products liability actions, unfair competition disputes and a variety of consumer class actions.
