Avery L. Nickerson
Avery is an associate with experience across multiple practice areas, including construction defects claims, crisis management, and professional liability. She represents clients in complex and commercial litigations involving contracts, construction, intentional torts, fraud, product liability, real estate, cybercrime, and insurance. She advises clients through real estate and business transactions.
She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she participated in the Moot Court Honor Society and contributed to the Fashion Law Society, Environmental Law Society, and New York Democratic Lawyers Council. During her studies, Avery was a legal intern for a presidential campaign and the Innocence Project.
She graduated from University of San Diego with a B.A. in Marine Science and a minor in Chemistry.
