Lionel F. Rivera is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.
 
Mr. Rivera joined the firm in 2010.  He is a graduate of Harvard College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Government (cum laude), and Loyola Law School - Los Angeles, where he was Vice President of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, a Sayre MacNeil Scholar, and a volunteer at the Disability Rights Legal Center.  Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York City, where he worked on a broad range of litigation and transactional matters.  Mr. Rivera is admitted to practice in Florida and New York.

Ms. Digeronimo joined the firm in 2010. Jason D. Warshaw is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Mr. Warshaw joined the firm in 2010 after nearly thirteen years as an Assistant Corporation Counsel and a Senior Counsel with the New York City Law Department.  He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and New York Law School.

Mr. Warshaw has experience in many aspects of civil tort litigation, including municipal liability, toxic torts, premises liability, and highway design cases.  He has extensive litigation experience, including trial experience in New York State Courts.  Mr. Warshaw's work with the New York City Law Department included six years with its Special Litigation Unit where he defended and tried the highest exposure tort claims, obtaining numerous favorable settlements and verdicts.  Additionally, he served as an instructor on trial advocacy skills within the New York City Law Department.

Tania A. Gondiosa is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. Gondiosa joined the firm in 2010.  She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Hofstra University School of Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gondiosa worked at the law firm of Melito & Adolfsen P.C. for nine years representing insurers in coverage actions and advising them on coverage issues involving third-party liability and property damage claims.  She is also experienced in general liability defense.

Amy J. Fraley is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. Fraley is a graduate of Alma College, B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude) in Alma, Michigan and the Jagiellonian University, M.A. in Krakow, Poland (summa cum laude).  She attended St. John's University School of Law where she was the Managing Editor of the St. John's Law Review.  During law school, Ms. Fraley interned with a federal judge in the Southern District of New York and published a Note in the St. John's Law Review entitled Child Sex Tourism Legislation Under the Protect Act: Does it Really Protect?,  79 St. John’s L. Rev. 445 (2005).  Ms. Fraley is proficient in French.

Dawn M. Maruna is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. Maruna joined the firm in 2009.  She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, where she received a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) in both English and Spanish.  She received her J.D. from St. John's University, where she was a staff member of the Journal of Legal Commentary, a founder and former president of the Multilingual Legal Advocates student group, a student advocate in the Elder Law Clinic, a member of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, and a recipient of the Silver Pro Bono Service Award.  She also earned CALI Awards for Excellence for her coursework in: Insurance Law, Negotiation, Advanced Legal Writing, and Latinos and the Law.

Prior to joining the firm, she interned with District Council 37's legal department in its consumer protection division, and spent several years working in the information technology field for national and international companies. She is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Lynch joined the firm in 2009.  He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2003 and his B.A. from Cornell University in 2000.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lynch practiced as an associate attorney in both New York and Illinois, primarily in the area of professional malpractice, construction negligence, toxic tort, premises liability, and commercial litigation.  Most recently, he managed matters reported under Directors & Officers and Employment Practices policies for a major insurer.  Mr. Lynch's practice focuses on the defense of professional, environmental, and general liability claims.

Diana McMonagle is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.
