Tania A. Gondiosa is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. Gondiosa joined the firm in 2010.  She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Hofstra University School of Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gondiosa worked at the law firm of Melito & Adolfsen P.C. for nine years representing insurers in coverage actions and advising them on coverage issues involving third-party liability and property damage claims.  She is also experienced in general liability defense.

Amy J. Fraley is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. Fraley is a graduate of Alma College, B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude) in Alma, Michigan and the Jagiellonian University, M.A. in Krakow, Poland (summa cum laude).  She attended St. John's University School of Law where she was the Managing Editor of the St. John's Law Review.  During law school, Ms. Fraley interned with a federal judge in the Southern District of New York and published a Note in the St. John's Law Review entitled Child Sex Tourism Legislation Under the Protect Act: Does it Really Protect?,  79 St. John’s L. Rev. 445 (2005).  Ms. Fraley is proficient in French.

Dawn M. Maruna is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. Maruna joined the firm in 2009.  She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, where she received a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) in both English and Spanish.  She received her J.D. from St. John's University, where she was a staff member of the Journal of Legal Commentary, a founder and former president of the Multilingual Legal Advocates student group, a student advocate in the Elder Law Clinic, a member of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, and a recipient of the Silver Pro Bono Service Award.  She also earned CALI Awards for Excellence for her coursework in: Insurance Law, Negotiation, Advanced Legal Writing, and Latinos and the Law.

Prior to joining the firm, she interned with District Council 37's legal department in its consumer protection division, and spent several years working in the information technology field for national and international companies. She is fluent in Spanish.

Kate S. Hanley joined the firm in 2009.

Ms. Hanley is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Vice President of the Student Bar Association representing the Evening Division. At graduation, she received the Adele Monaco Memorial Award. Ms. Hanley earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vassar College.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hanley worked in a technical and consulting capacity for Computer Packages, Inc., a company specializing in patent annuity payment services and patent and trademark docketing and audit products.

Michael T. Lynch is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Mr. Lynch joined the firm in 2009.  He received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2003 and his B.A. from Cornell University in 2000.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lynch practiced as an associate attorney in both New York and Illinois, primarily in the area of professional malpractice, construction negligence, toxic tort, premises liability, and commercial litigation.  Most recently, he managed matters reported under Directors & Officers and Employment Practices policies for a major insurer.  Mr. Lynch's practice focuses on the defense of professional, environmental, and general liability claims.

Diana McMonagle is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. McMonagle is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.  Ms. McMonagle received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University.  Ms. McMonagle was previously associated with Handler & Goodman LLP.  Her practice focuses on all aspects of corporate, commercial and general civil litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and administrative proceedings.  Ms. McMonagle authored “In Pursuit of Safety & Soundness:  An Analysis of the OCC’s Anti-Predatory Lending Standard,” published in the Fordham Urban Law Journal.  She is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Russell A. Witten is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Mr. Witten joined the firm in 2005. He graduated cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.  

Mr. Witten has prepared insurance regulatory filings, transaction documents, and represented insurers before insurance departments to accomplish mergers and acquisitions, including transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, publicly traded insurers, and overseas insurance companies.  He has also been responsible for insurer formation, licensing, name changes, form filings, and other insurance operational matters in all US jurisdictions.  Mr. Witten has represented parties in disciplinary actions before insurance departments and assisted insurers in implementing global restructuring and commutation plans to eliminate their capital impairments. Mr. Witten is admitted to the New York bar.

Jan C. Walker is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.

Ms. Walker joined the firm in 2006. She received her B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from Seton Hall University.

Ms. Walker has more than eighteen years' experience in insurance, employment, and other complex commercial litigation. In the insurance area, she has concentrated on representing various primary and excess insurers in suits seeking coverage for environmental and products liability throughout the United States. She has also had significant experience defending Fortune 500 companies against gender, age, and race discrimination claims in New York and New Jersey. Admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars in 1987, Ms. Walker has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country.
