
Dawn M. Maruna is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.
Ms. Maruna joined the firm in 2009. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, where she received a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) in both English and Spanish. She received her J.D. from St. John's University, where she was a staff member of the Journal of Legal Commentary, a founder and former president of the Multilingual Legal Advocates student group, a student advocate in the Elder Law Clinic, a member of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, and a recipient of the Silver Pro Bono Service Award. She also earned CALI Awards for Excellence for her coursework in: Insurance Law, Negotiation, Advanced Legal Writing, and Latinos and the Law.
Prior to joining the firm, she interned with District Council 37's legal department in its consumer protection division, and spent several years working in the information technology field for national and international companies. She is fluent in Spanish.
