Scott J. Sheldon has twenty-five years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including as a law firm litigation partner, a Fortune 500 in-house senior litigation counsel, and a law school adjunct professor. His practice has included arbitrations, trials, and appeals in reinsurance and insurance coverage matters, as well as in General commercial, antitrust, class action, intellectual property, and securities cases, in courts and tribunals across the United States. Before joining the firm, Mr. Sheldon served as Senior Litigation Counsel and Chief Antitrust Counsel to Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and prior to that as a litigation partner at Carpenter Bennett & Morrissey in Newark, NJ, with an emphasis on insurance coverage and reinsurance litigation. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and District of Columbia bars.

Mr. Sheldon is a graduate with high honors of Rutgers Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the law review, and is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Leonard A. Sheft, a graduate of New York University and The Yale Law School, has practiced law for over 46 years during which time he has tried hundreds of cases in both State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. These cases have involved insurance coverage for environmental claims, the defense of third party claims, as well as other coverage cases including ERISA and contingency non-appearance matters for both domestic, as well as, London Market Companies. He has lectured on trial practice for the Practising Law Institute and has been a frequent speaker at the Excess and Surplus Lines Claims Association. He was on the Insurance Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and has been certified as an Advocate by the American Board of Trial Advocates.  He is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Sheft served to the rank of captain in the United States Air Force.

Leonard S. Dome is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School, has over forty years of experience in corporate law, insurance law including reinsurance and insurance regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commodities law. Mr. Dome has served as a director of United States Aviation Underwriters, Inc., Mitsui Marine and Fire Insurance Company of America, MSI Claims (USA), Inc., Sumitomo Marine and Fire Insurance Company of America, and Rochdale Insurance Company. He has written for The Review (London) on excise taxes imposed on alien insurers. Mr. Dome is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (honorary business) and Beta Alpha Psi (honorary accounting) fraternities. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the Business Law Section, and of the New York County Lawyers' Association, where he is a member of the Committee on Insurance. Mr. Dome served as a Lieutenant (j.g.) in the United States Navy.
