Eugene Wollan Named Vice-President of AmTrust International Insurance, Ltd.

Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass is pleased to announce that Eugene Wollan, Senior Counsel, has been named Vice-President of AmTrust International Insurance, Ltd. Mr. Wollan has served as umpire, arbitrator, lead counsel, or expert witness in some 150 insurance and reinsurance disputes, and has testified in Great Britain as an expert witness on New York insurance law. In a peer survey, he was named as one of the five leading insurance/reinsurance lawyers in the U.S. and one of the leading twenty in the world, and was described as "dean of the [reinsurance] bar" and "one of the best insurance arbitrators in the business."

As an officer of AmTrust, Mr. Wollan is eligible for arbitrator and umpire assignments without the need of a waiver of the usual qualification requirement. He continues to act as Senior Counsel to our firm.
