Kolb, William C.

Bill Kolb has extensive experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation and appeals in various state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Kolb has experience in first-party and third-party insurance, reinsurance, environmental litigation, toxic torts, construction defects, construction losses, professional liability, products liability, fraud investigations, and the defense of personal injury claims including those arising from industrial, construction, and environmental accidents.
Mr. Kolb regularly advises insurers on coverage issues and provides comprehensive advice on the drafting of policy forms.
Mr. Kolb is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Hofstra University School of Law.
