Mark S. Katz is experienced in various areas of insurance and reinsurance regulation and insurance, civil and commercial litigation, including complex first-party and third-party insurance coverage disputes, and the defense of liability actions involving matters such as employment practices, exposure to pollutants and toxins, suits against directors and officers, and professional errors and omissions.  He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars and has litigated in numerous other federal and state courts throughout the United States. Mr. Katz is a graduate of Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and of Hofstra Law School (J.D.), where he was an editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
