Margolis, Ellen G.

Ellen G. Margolis has twenty-five years of experience in all phases of corporate, commercial and insurance litigation. Her practice has included insurance coverage and defense, environmental coverage, toxic tort coverage, construction coverage and defense, real estate, bankruptcy, securities, and commercial and business litigation matters, including arbitrations, hearings, trials and appeals. She frequently lectures on third party coverage issues, including allocation, number of occurrences and additional insured disputes, and has authored related articles and papers. She is National Counsel for several former equipment manufacturers in asbestos cases in state and federal courts nationwide. Ms. Margolis has litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
