Pietroluongo, Louis W.

Louis W. Pietroluongo is an insurance and government relations consultant (non-lawyer) at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass. He has forty three years of public service experience at both state and local government. Mr. Pietroluongo's titles have included: Acting Superintendent of Insurance, First Deputy Superintendent and chief Operating Officer and Deputy Superintendent for the New York State Insurance Department. In addition, he was responsible for the management and supervision of three major investigative/administrative bureaus with organizational responsibility for coordination of all training, planning, budgeting and auditing activities.
