Buermann, George H.

George H. Buermann is an associate with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass.
Mr. Buermann joined the firm in 2005. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 2001, and a B.A. in history from the University of Vermont in 1997.
Mr. Buermann's practice focuses on construction claims and labor law, toxic torts including chemical exposures, lead poisoning, asbestos, mold, and benzene, as well as complex contract disputes. Additionally, he has litigated environmental matters in New York and New Jersey that include site contaminations, spills, remediations, and USTs. During the 2001-02 court term, Mr. Buermann was a judicial clerk for Judge Robert R. Guida of the New Jersey Superior Court for Bergen County. Mr. Buermann is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars and the federal district courts of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
