Sanjit Shah

Sanjit Shah is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and Fordham University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. His litigation experience includes securities class actions, directors' and officers' insurance coverage disputes, legal malpractice cases, and copyright, trademark and patent infringement suits. He has argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Federal Circuits.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shah served as an assistant district attorney in Bronx County, and was associated with the New York law firms of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach and D'Amato & Lynch. He is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey. He is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
