Mitchell D. Otto

Mitchell D. Otto is a graduate of New York University (magna cum laude) and New York University School of Law. His practice includes all aspects reinsurance litigation, arbitrations and other reinsurance-related matters. Mr. Otto also has considerable experience in insurance, commercial, tort and contract litigation. Mr. Otto has also co-authored an article in Best's Review on the topic of compelling reinsurance arbitration. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
