Michael Rubin is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and the University of Delaware. His practice focuses on the representation of business owners, landowners, and contractors in complex environmental, construction, toxic tort, wrongful death, and property damage claims in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Before joining the firm, Mr. Rubin was a law clerk to Judge Michael R. Casale in the New Jersey Superior Court for Essex County. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars and the federal district courts for New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Rubin is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
