Mark J. Weber

Mark J. Weber, a graduate of Pace University (cum laude) and Fordham University School of Law, where he served as editor of the Fordham Entertainment, Media & Intellectual Property Law Journal , has over nine years experience in commercial, tort, products liability, environmental, subrogation, business interruption, long-term care, insurance, and reinsurance litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Weber was with the Eastman Kodak Company for nine years where he held various sales, marketing, training, and management positions in Kodak's Office Imaging Group. Mr. Weber's practice has included arbitrations, mediations, trials, and appeals in various state, federal district, and circuit courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Weber has handled all aspects of complex reinsurance arbitrations, environmental, products liability, contract, and insurance first- and third-party coverage disputes in numerous courts throughout the United States.
