Jeffrey C. Crawford, a graduate of Bucknell University and Vermont Law School, has practiced for more than twenty-one years in numerous aspects of civil litigation, including complex business valuations involving lost profits and lost enterprise value claims; defense of complex multi-layered third-party coverage claims and related exhaustion, allocation and occurrence analysis; defense of complex multi-layered first-party coverage claims and related property and business interruption losses, arson and fraud; defense of consequential damage and bad faith claims; defense of products liability claims; defense of personal injury claims including construction and Labor Law claims, auto liability claims, asbestos (product and non-product) claims, mold and environmental claims and related contribution and indemnification claims. Mr. Crawford has tried jury cases in New York, Minnesota and New Jersey in coverage, commercial and liability defense litigations and argued appeals in various state and federal courts. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers' Association.
