Ellen G. Margolis

Ellen G. Margolis, a graduate of Lehigh University and the Marshall Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary, has over twenty years of experience in all phases of corporate, commercial and insurance litigation. Her practice has encompassed insurance coverage and defense, environmental coverage, toxic tort coverage, real estate, bankruptcy, securities, and commercial and business litigation matters, including arbitrations, hearings, trials and appeals. Ms. Margolis has litigated in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She authored an article related to mold entitled "Something's in the Air" which was published by Global Reinsurance in Global Crossings and republished by Swiss Re in Declarations. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
