Bruce R. Kaliner

Bruce R. Kaliner is a graduate of American University (B.S., B.A.) and Boston University School of Law. He has more than sixteen years of experience in litigation involving insurance coverage issues and claims, mold losses, complex environmental contamination losses, and commercial actions. Mr. Kaliner also handles technology claims, e-commerce, securities and commodities cases, asset management agreements, and direct mail order marketing matters. His practice includes arbitrations, mediations, administrative hearings, trials, and appeals throughout the United States. Mr. Kaliner has lectured for the Institute for Continuing Education on the subject of advanced litigation techniques. He is a New York Stock Exchange approved arbitrator and a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he currently serves on the Insurance Law Committee (2002-2005). He is also a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association.
