Aaron F. Fishbein

Aaron F. Fishbein, a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and the University of Chicago Law School, has over twenty-three years of litigation experience. Since 1990, a large part of his work has concerned insurance coverage issues, including first- and third-party toxic tort and environmental coverage litigation. He has also defended companies in product liability and related actions, including a large refrigerated warehouse and a manufacturer of power tools. A former Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York, Mr. Fishbein is also experienced in criminal law, including RICO, and constitutional law. Before joining the firm, Mr. Fishbein was with O'Melveny & Myers and Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon. He has contributed to New York Insurance Law, published by Matthew Bender (1992).
